Chair Yoga 11-11:45am @ NP Community Center
Thursdays:
Vinyasa Yoga-- Wildflower Farms, Gardiner, 4:30-5:15pm (not open to the public)
Fridays:
Gentle Yoga-- The Living Seed, New Paltz, 11:30-12:45pm
Saturdays:
Sanctuary Flow-- Stone Wave Yoga, Gardiner, 10-11am
Sundays:
Vinyasa Yoga-- The Living Seed, New Paltz, 10:30-11:30am
